Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Returned products must:
be in their original packaging,
be in the same condition as they were received by the customer.
Processed, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return.
Before sending the return via postal service, the customer is asked to send a photo of the product to confirm its condition.
Custom-made products (e.g., Maxton Design products) are not eligible for return.
